Testimonials

  • "[Ashley] made a huge difference in my job search journey"

I had a fantastic experience working with Ashley. She really got to the heart of what I needed and helped me organize my thoughts in a way that brought me a lot of clarity. She re-wrote my CV, making it look professional and clearing out all the noise and indecisiveness about optimizing it for AI or recruiters. Her advice on the job search was spot-on, addressing both strategic elements and mental health aspects that I hadn’t considered. Ashley also helped me navigate all the contradictory advice out there, clarifying what truly matters and where to focus my time and effort. The insider tips she shared about recruiting were things I’d never come across in my own research or through conversations with friends. She was always understanding and non-judgmental, especially regarding my situation as a mom reentering the workforce. Thanks to her support, I finally found a job that’s a great fit for me. I highly recommend Ashley—she made a huge difference in my job search journey. -T.L.
